He graduated from the University of Utah in 1993 with an accounting degree, establishing a foundation and passion for Excel spreadsheets that propelled his analytical prowess. As a dedicated risk management advocate, Ryan is an active participant in the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), having held various roles within the organization, including Treasurer (1998), President (2002), and Legislative Chairman (2007-2009). He's been recognized with awards such as National Recruiter of the Year (2001), Health Underwriter of the Year (2008), Call-to-Action award (2016), and the UAHU Lifetime Achievement Award (2021). Apart from his achievements as an insurance industry leader, Ryan's passion for databases has driven his creativity to innovative tools for iXL Employee Benefits. Ryan is known by family, friends, and clients for having a witty sense of humor. He is an avid sports enthusiast and golfer. But his favorite pastime is spending time with his wife and children, coaxing them to play card games around the dinner table.

Heather's journey in the insurance industry began in 2014, gradually building her expertise over the years. From mastering the art of quoting and handling employee renewals since 2015, she progressed to become a licensed Agent/Producer and Consultant. Graduating with honors from the University of Utah's Business Management program in 2019 added a strong theoretical foundation to her practical experience. Marcus embarked on his insurance journey in 1997, driven by unwavering commitment to his clients. Armed with a degree in Information Systems earned in 2004, he meticulously laid the groundwork for exceptional service. Involvement with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) saw him take on key positions like State Legislative Chair and President of UAHU from 2006 to 2007, garnering accolades such as the Rookie Leadership Award in 2002 and National Recruiter of the Year in 2005. His impact extended beyond NABIP as he actively contributed to the insurance industry, notably through participation in the insurance commissioners' Health Insurance Task Force and influential contributions to a Utah-based insurance company's Broker Advisory Committee. Parallel to his insurance triumphs, Marcus delved into self-defense in 2008, earning a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and becoming an NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, empowering others. He further allied with the Elizabeth Smart Foundation, concentrating on women's self-defense and introducing Smart Defense for Men. Balancing his professional feats and self-defense roles, Marcus finds profound joy in his role as a dedicated husband and father of four, cherishing the moments he spends with his family.

Robin Telesco started her career working for a large independent agency in Salt Lake City, managing, servicing and overseeing the Agency’s large block of Group Health clients. In 1994 she started her own business, Benefits Unlimited. As a boutique agency her focus has been dedicated to helping business owners navigate the complex world of insurance and individuals both on and off the Marketplace and through Medicare. She has been a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) since 2005. Robin is an active member in the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) serving seven years as a Board member in the Utah Chapter. She’s been recognized on a National level by the Leading Producers Round Table Presidents Council multiple years and received the Outstanding Service Award from her local chapter. She participated on many local carriers’ Broker Advisory Committees including SelectHealth, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and Altius Health Plans. Robin graduated from the University of Utah in Human Development & Family Studies. Raising her twin daughters is the biggest joy in her life and choosing this career allowed her the best of both worlds. She loves giving back, volunteering at St John the Baptist School, the Utah Food Bank, People helping People and serving food at the Ronald McDonald House. You will likely find her on horseback, traveling with her husband and enjoying family time camping, boating or golfing.

Richard graduated from BYU in 1976 with a BA in Business Finance. He also earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Utah State University. Richard has been actively involved in the Utah Association of Health Underwriters and the state organization of the National Association of Health Underwriters. After years of service in various chair assignments, he was elected State President of the association in 2004. He has subsequently served in various assignments and committees including Legislative Chair. Richard has been a member of several carrier advisory boards and Utah State Health Task Force Committees. In 2016 he was awarded the UAHU Lifetime Achievement Award. Richard is known for his contagious laugh and kind heart amongst his friends, clients, and colleagues.
